I am looking forward to an afternoon of reading! I highly recommend this book, if you are interested in seeing Leviticus in a much different light. Mary Douglas is an anthropologist who does a wonderful job of showing how the systems in Leviticus tell a story worth remembering through ritual. I’ve loved each word so far. I’ll post a complete review when I finish.
